TJ Global is a growing company and looking to recruit shift manager to work in Lahore,

The required candidate must be able to speak English with highest proficiency and preferably with British or American accent. The candidate must demonstrate a natural passion and drive to improve, enhance and add value to the operations.
A passion for excellent service with a drive to excel
A ‘Can do’ attitude
IT literate with previous experience of using Microsoft office suite
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and customer service skills
Take ownerships of successes, failures and strives to meet goals
Strong verbal & written communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
Knowledge of working on Time gate or any other rostering software.
Basic understanding and knowledge of working within HSE procedures & processes in the working environment
Ability to work as an individual but also as part of a team
A professional image with an immaculate appearance and presentation
Process driven but with a flexible and adaptable approach to improve and meet business requirements
Demonstrates integrity and respect at all times
