Responsible for establishing and maintaining various services
Responsible for the diverse tasks involved in the overall operations including measuring business trends, maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, shortages, all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
Ensure that guests receive outstanding service Maintain solid product knowledge
Recruit, train, develop and communicate with all staff as well as assess performance on a regular basis Implement and maintain standards
Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentations, signing standards and monitor inventory levels
Plan and assign daily goals, tasks and assignments
Assure proper completion through follow-up Assist in monitoring sales performance
Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
Management of all office tasks including management of funds and media, receiving, inventory and payroll
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
