One of our client from Financial Institute/NGO is looking to hire a seasonal T&D Manager urgently and below are the key points:
- Should be able to identify and assess current and future training needs of the organization.
- Ability to devise organizational learning strategy through the development of customized training programs.
- Design specific Position wise training and development plans that address the needs and expectations of the specific position.
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and monitoring of E-learning training initiatives.
- Responsible to assess, design and implement customize training programs that cover the leadership gaps for internal Managers.
- Should be able to monitor the outcome of the training by developing a mechanism that reflects expected outcome as a result of delivered training program.
- Research new training materials and programs that enhance training procedures and enhance Cultural Cohesiveness and integration
- Good team management and leadership skills.
