• Ensuring smooth recruitment cycle closure from start to finish.
  • Advertising and attracting candidates through different sourcing channels. (Rozee.Pk, Olx, Facebook. Indeed, Linkedin, Jobee Pk, Job Consultants) etc...
  • Downloading, Screening and processing applicants.
  • Answering queries over the phone and responding to candidate emails.
  • Checking all candidate eligibility documentation
  • Complete on boarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
  • Responding to internal and external queries via email.
  • Arranging group interviews as well as one to one interviews in coordination with relevant Heads.
  • Work with Supervisors to comply hiring need and resource requirements on different locations.
  • Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses;
  • Verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Coordinate and work with Supervisors operations team to ensure smooth operations of HR
  • Record Keeping
  • Update Candidate and Employees Database
  • Payroll, Issue Salary Slips, Keep Records,
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Job Timing: 03:00 PM TO 11:00 PM (Mon-Sat)

Note:

Preference will be given to those who have experience of working in outbound call center in the Same Domain (HR Assistant)
