Female HR Assistant Required In US Based Software House

Job Description

• Assist in consolidating and maintaining HRIS data, time sheet data and leave data.

• Assist in coordination with district Ops/Finance officers for HRIS and time sheets’ validation and fact-checking.

• Assist in the recruitment of short-term consultants, long term employees and interns through tasks such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, short-listing of candidates, checking references, supporting interviews and coordinating with the finalized candidates with regards to the completion of essential documents.

• Assist in processing and filing of HR Documents.

• Sort, categorize and organize employee files according to employee IDs.

• Assist in recruitment matters which includes interviews scheduling, filing and documentation

• Assist in conducting Personnel files’ audit.

• Coordinate with District HR staff member for any data required at CPMU level (Employee card data, business card data, etc.).

• Prepare HR-related Personnel Requisition forms and make sure that PRFs of all the positions are properly filed.

• Assist in day-to-day HR tasks. (Recruitment/EOBI/Health Insurance and Life Insurance related tasks etc.) Minimum Experience Required:

• Minimum one year experience required; An Ideal candidate would be one who is aspiring to make a career in HR and willing to work full time under high pressure situations.

• Maintain discretion when dealing with people and confidential information

• Good time management and team player skills

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel in particular)

• Excellent Follow up skills
