Some Key Job Duties:
- Responsible for Planning and Material Control (PMC) department daily work arrangement, staff management, integrated plan, shipment management and the KPI index.
- Ensuring accurate and timely Reports, Shipment & Production plans.
- Communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Establish department training plan and organize training and examination.
- Overview plan completion rate and take timely countermeasure to control and improve it in coordination with concerned departments.
- Improve existing department KPI assessment method and evaluate staff monthly performance.
- Establish yearly department targets, such as KPI target, team structure, training target etc.
