Hiring ‘Relationship Officer’ for GDS distributing organization. Candidates having exceptional communication skills and are able to visit corporate clients are welcome to apply for the position.

Job Description:

Visiting airlines and resolve fare discrepancies & reinstating segments, seats from carriers, Fare Issues, PNR synchronization
Update capping as per the airline policy on agents request.
To keep close contact with all carriers and update all activities
Visit airline on day to day basis, to make good PR as well as to solve the issues of agents and the airline.
Arrange Joint workshops with carriers once or twice a year.
Arrange promotional events like Cricket, Bowling events, Dinner, Lunch, Birthdays.
