Trendsetters The Tiles is looking for assistant manager Accounts and commercial

Candidate having MBA/BBA/ACCA (Part qualified) or relevant accounting qualification and having at least 3 to 4 years’ of experience in same domain are encouraged to apply.
Candidates having experience in handling import/export will be given preference.

Responsibilities

Handling Accounts payable
Accounts Receivable
Update daily Bank and cash Positions
Verification of sales invoice and daily sales report, co-ordinations with sales teams, branches and warehouses staff.
Co-ordination with supplier and customers
Management of Inventory and Purchase orders
Maintain company filling
Assisting manager finance in sales tax, income tax and withholding tax matters.
Handling imports and prepare costing for imports.
Keep proper track of imports and keep inform the import and finance manager on every step of the shipment
Co-ordination with banks for Letter of credit and other correspondences with the banks.
Co-ordinations with forwarder and custom agents on custom duties and filling of custom GDs
Handling Ex-bonding of cargo and co-ordination with custom authorities.Ass
