We are hiring a Human Resources / Technical Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment process via job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, telephone screens, booking interviews, and reference checks
- On-boarding activities including new employee inductions, preparation of employment agreements and other relevant employment documentation
- Coordinating all company training and development initiatives;
- Updating and maintaining the Company's HR system
- Providing support for internal and external HR related
- Other administration support as required
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in recruitment (highly desired)
- Have prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced working environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
