Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire driver employees
Prospect driver candidates interested in driving for one of our fleets
Follow up with new leads
Engage potential driver’s in interviews to gather and analyze information skillfully to qualify or disqualify candidates
Use only the highest standards when hiring potential drivers
Execute traditional and creative recruiting strategies with the direction of manager that attract the ideal driver candidates
Establish immediate rapport with potential drivers by seeking to understand their career goals and interests
Sell our culture and earn a commitment from a potential driver
Be a positive and driving force
Maintains contact with drivers regarding application and employment statuses
Reviews driver applications and qualifications
Creates reports in order to track recruiting and retention
Recommends updates to current company employment packages and hiring processes as needed
Maintain applicant pipelines by updating statuses, tagging, inputting notes, etc.
Follow up regularly with prospective candidates to build and maintain a relationship throughout the hiring process
Make/receive outbound/inbound calls
Maintain DQ Files
