Position Customer Relationship Officer We are looking for fresh and experienced individuals with great verbal communication skills, for international projects/campaign FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY To be a part of our company

you should;Be proficient in English & Arbric Have impeccable experience Able to work at shiftMust not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved at any full/part time job.

Willing to work for minimum 12 months and sign a one-year contract

Duties And Responsibilities ·

To Ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times ·
To ensure that all calls to the Customer Service Centre are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed standards and targets ·
To have full knowledge and ability to access all Sales Skills. ·
To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to the deliver the best performance standards and the business objectives. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Should be target oriented, hard working and punctual
Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience in a UAE ,USA,UK campaign.
Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply Out-bound calling.
