职位介绍

Objective: The position is primarily responsible to provide information for Mall customer's, & also assign duties.

Responsibilities are included but not limited to;

  • Communicate with Customers about their query/issue for resolution of issues via emails/calls and ensure the completion of Task
  • Maintain Customer Counter Desk.
  • Maintain and update Customer issues
  • Reporting and coordinating with senior and middle management.

Preferred

  • Minimum Intermediate.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Cutomer Service Industry
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Must be fimilar with PC & Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 22,000 - 30,000/- Per month.
