Objective: The position is primarily responsible to provide information for Mall customer's, & also assign duties.
Responsibilities are included but not limited to;
- Communicate with Customers about their query/issue for resolution of issues via emails/calls and ensure the completion of Task
- Maintain Customer Counter Desk.
- Maintain and update Customer issues
- Reporting and coordinating with senior and middle management.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Cutomer Service Industry
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Must be fimilar with PC & Excel

Salary: Rs 22,000 - 30,000/- Per month.
