Participate in the selection of chemical manufacturing process equipment in collaboration with mechanical, process and/or chemical engineers, and recommend equipment modifications during the commissioning process to improve plant productivity and to achieve and sustain post-commissioning lean manufacturing operations.

Develop electrical/electronic control system designs (PLC, HMI, SCDA, VFD, control devices) based on P&ID drawings for the construction and future operations.
Ensure processing equipment is fabricated and installed per approved specifications, designs and budget.
Develop and update preventive maintenance schedules/procedures and equipment operation troubleshooting guides.
Prepare and present periodic project progress reports.
Serve as plant electrical engineer to improve the productivity of the new chemical plant and the existing plants, and, working with cross-functional teams, ensure that the plant is operating defect-free. Analyze and recommend equipment modification to improve production efficiency.
Actively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and process systems.
Efficiently maintain the operations of captive power house and standby Generation
