• Organize safety awareness programs / sessions for company employees at all levels under directions of Senior Manager HR & Admin

• Proper record keeping of all PPEs received and issued to Departments

• Conduct periodic fire- fighting training sessions/ use of fire extinguishers, deliver fire- fighting training to selected persons to form a fully combat fire-fighting team.

• Conduct periodic Fire Fighting practice drills

• Conduct first-aid training sessions, impart first-aid training, develop a team of trained first-aiders

• Ensure availability of First Aid Boxes at designated places with an updated inventory list

• Maintain the consumption record of all medicines and First Aid Box items

• Facilitate in the implementation of safety policies and ensure safety implementation at all levels through shift supervisors

• Ensure that any / all incidents / accidents must be reported, properly investigated and documented

• All safety training records must be documented and available for inspection
