Responsibilities

Manage office stationaries and place orders.
Coordinating office boys in cleaning, food distribution, tea/water and guest hospitality matters.
Scheduling security guards duties and preparing security guards manual attendance.
Monitoring the working of teams of electricians.
Coordinating with the teams of cooks for daily food preparation matters.
Preparing the overtimes of drives as per their duty log-books.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Education: BA/MA/B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM
