Having complete knowledge of LED Lights assembling.
Must know the basics of electronics.
Working under supervision of Chinese is a plus.
Must handle the labor and improve efficiency of labor by defining working SOPs.
Must meet the daily + monthly production targets set by the higher management.
Maintaining the complete record of assembled and SKD lights by filling the daily work sheet.
Coordinate with R&D department for future considerations.
Must plan the in-house material requirements timely and report to management.
