1. Provide support to Manager HR in developing Recruitment & Selection and HR operations' processes, policies, and SOPs within the organization.
  2. Ensure all the Recruitment and HR operations processes are aligned with new HR policies and strict implementation of these policies within organization.
  3. Ensure the recruitment of high quality resources for all the vacant positions in the South region.
  4. Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire).
  5. Advise Manager HR on interviewing techniques.
  6. Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  7. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
  8. Participate in job fairs and career events.
  9. Preparation of induction manual and orientation / welcome email for the entire new joiner in company.
  10. Regret email to all the employees who were called for interview but were not finalized or hired for a position.
  11. Maintaining HR material (HR Policy manual, HR Processes etc.). 
  12. Execute day to day HR functions and other miscellaneous duties.
  13. Responsible for Joining Formalities i.e. employment letter, joining email, collect academic and other required documents, prepare and coordinate orientation program, execute various employee registrations like, bank account letter, employee card, enrolment in attendance system etc. etc. 
  14. Maintain Employees Record in a proper and efficient way including Employees’ Personal files management and employees database.
  15. Handling the South region's Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) related issues and updating the EOBI Dashboard by adding and deleting employees online and arranging for their EOBI Cards.
  16. Responsible for Sindh Employees' Social Security Institution (SESSI) related matters, updating employee records and liaisoning with the relevant authorities.
  17. Making all the necessary arrangements for Employees’ Health Insurance enrollment and claim management.
  18. Executing probation evaluation & confirmation related tasks. 
  19. Manage staff training/development program of South region.
  20. Execute the performance appraisal process of the South region at the end of each calendar year.
  21. Develop and update objectives, KPIs, and JDs as and when required by the Lahore office.
  22. Coordinating with the Lahore office for issuance of all sorts of employment related letters.
  23. Conduct employee engagement sessions and manage employee relations.
