Timings : 12pm - 8pm

• Evaluate Engineers in order to allocate the correct resources onsite for respective tasks.

• Maintain a folder of all CVs and training materials for the resources.

• Give proper training to techs before their dispatch.

• Assist onsite engineers in successful completion of tasks to meet service level agreement.

• Respond to client requests regarding tasks in timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain spreadsheets and on-time report delivery of the tasks.

• Assist project team in planning and implementation of special projects.

• Assist in preparing technical and functional documentations as per need.

• Prioritize incoming mails and reply to technical inquiries.

CCNA/MCSA Certified will be preffered.
