We are looking for a Customer Service Officer

  1. Attracts Potential Customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. 
  2. Resolves Product or Service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  3. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  4. Manage Large amounts of incoming Calls
  5. Generate Sales Leads
  6. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  7. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  8. Provide Accurate, Valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  9. Handle Complaints, Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
