Analyze customization need by translating the client’s requirements in application, design solution and collaborate with the project management team into the technical requirements for the developers.
Monitor gathering of requirements from users, stake holders and conducts process of gap analysis.
Responsible to analyze and document end user requirements, handle change request and perform troubleshooting, conduct acceptance testing and end user training.
Responsible to analyze business processes and provide solutions using Microsoft Dynamics ERP AX systems.
Responsible to manage Microsoft Dynamics AX according to the university policies and procedures, and functional support.
Monitor Dynamics AX Support towards users for ongoing operations.
Perform system configuration, installation, data migration and testing.
Responsible to provide end user training and where necessary provides self-support.
Designing reports in available tools in ERP applications.
