Upscale Valley is seeking a full-time experienced Digital Sales / Marketing Associate to join our team. This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Job brief

We are looking for a candidate to join us as a Digital Sales / Marketing Associatehaving primary responsibility is to sell an organization’s brand perpetually finding unique ways to engage clients. The candidate will require for designing and implementing a strategic B2B marketing plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

More specifically, as a Digital Sales / Marketing Associate you will:

  • Research, identify and target potential prospects using different tools and techniques. (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales navigator, B2B cold mails)
  • Generating list of companies and leads through Email marketing & Campaigns, Data Mining, Account Based Prospecting, LinkedIn Prospecting, FB Prospecting, Brand Searching, Mass Communication and Cold calling.
  • Create & update email templates, message templates and call scripts according different emails tools.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about Upscale Valley’s value proposition to potential customers.
  • Maintain well organized, up to date and accurate sales information and activity reports.

Responsibilities of the Digital Sales / Marketing Associate:

  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Resolve and troubleshoot complex sales and services issues of customers.
  • Provide after-sales services to customers.
  • Build relationships with customers through follow-up of services.
  • Provide an excellent first impression experience.
  • Should be able to use any CRM for all internal communication and updates with regards to leads.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from a reputable institute, MBA would be preferred major in marketing, business analyst, market research and digital marketing strategy.
  • Evidence of a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (5 out of 5)
  • Years of proven experience as a Digital Sales.
  • 2-3 years online channel sales and/or inside sales experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  • A storyteller who practices empathy and has adaptive communication methods to reach his/her target audience.
  • Should have experience of executing client prospecting strategies.
  • Independently able to write and present proposals.
  • Should be excellent in Negotiation, diplomacy and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Should be flexible for different time zone meetings around the world.
  • Good command on CRM Systems, Sales Lead Generation Tools, Advertising Tools, Prospecting and Outreach Tools, Presentation Tools, Email Tools, MS Office and Google Tools.
