- We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints about US-Based company.
- You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in night shifts and working overtime (if required).
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, Live Chat, or social media.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Interested candidates can call on these mentioned numbers anytime between 10 am-06 pm. (Please note that we have only night shifts available).
