Perform accounting related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
Pay third parties, insuring credit is received for outstanding bills and issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
The incumbent’s focus will be the payable functions of the Company.

Job Responsibilities:

Understand the contracts and essential terms related to accounts. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles and IFRS. Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work under pressure to support cross-functional departments.
High professional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness. Technically strong and commercially astute.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Review and process credit card bills.
Work with internal and external customers regarding account inquiries.
Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision; detail-oriented, highly-organized and resourceful.

Job-Related Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field OR Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.

The candidate should have the knowledge, preferably experienced in the following:
NetSuite Concur Bill.com Account Payable American Express Microsoft Excel Preference will be given to those candidates that have rich experience, display exceptional Interpersonal skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a dynamic and rapid growing Environment.
