Lead SQA Responsibilities
- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and review test cases.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
- Quality Assurance leads to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests procedures to ensure product quality.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Review the identified defects and JIRA.
- Lead the Testing Activities and train the team when required.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts, and other quality metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Well-versed with Internal Audit Standards & Government Guidelines.
- Supervising Routine & Surprise Departmental Audits and generating reports
- Evaluation of Internal processes based on the Sprint Feedbacks
- Conducting/Assist follow-up audits and ensuring proper compliance
Lead SQA Requirements
- Proven work experience in the software development industry
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in the QA Team Lead Role
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases and Qa related documentation
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Experience in Manual + Automation Software Testing
- Software Standards knowledge ISO and CMMI is a Plus.
- Must have good communication.
- Must have leadership skills.
- Must have experience with JIRA.
- Self-Learner
