Senior Resident Engineer

A high-end architecture and property development company specializing in luxury residential development projects in Lahore seeks additional employees for their ongoing development projects. The firm’s partners have more than 20 years’ experience as both architects and in real estate in both Pakistan and internationally. They are currently seeking senior construction supervisors and accounts personnel for their projects in Gulberg.

Requirements:

Should have a degree in civil engineering from UET,NUST or other reputable institution
Ten years or more construction site experience as senior site engineer/manager.
Should have experience overseeing shuttering, bar bending, concrete work.
Will be responsible for monitoring of contractor progress and quality of work and creation of daily/weekly reports.
Will manage manpower and junior supervisors on site and must liaise with contractors
Valid P.E.C certification required

Preference for those with international experience

Salary Package: An attractive salary package will be offered depending on educational qualifications and experience.
