We are well- known Freight Forwarder in Karachi; we are searching for Accounts Executive

Maintain clear and concise accounting and tax work papers.
Handling allocations and approvals in Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems.
Creating documentation to explain how to do certain accounts payable accounts receivable and financial functions within great plains.
Creating written procedures on how to compile, pay, and properly code the city and county sales use taxes on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Assisting accounts receivable with the cleanup of the customer's outstanding balances.
Documenting how to do the bank reconciliations for the company's bank accounts.
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
