- Remotely Manage Alarm System and Camera CCTV Recording.
- Receive calls and provide support services.
- Troubleshoot and repair system failures
- Schedule system cleanings and Preventive maintenance
- Accurately report service data
- Scheduling for the alarms. Troubleshoot Alarm sensors.
- Maintain & manage daily and monthly reports and documentations.
- Installation and troubleshooting of cameras through remote session
- Emails and Calls Correspondence with vendors for assistance
- Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with Support Services Team
Requirements:
- Strong English Written and Verbal Communication
- Good command of MS EXCEL and Daily Reporting
- Can-do attitude
