Viral Square is looking for an HR Executive having 2-3 Years of Experience In the IT Industry.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Able to complete on time Recruitment & Selection process.
- Incumbent must be able to handle compensation and benefits of employees including salary etc.
- Able to maintain the attendance record and overall attendance related matters of employees.
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel.
- Ability to draft and maintain a company policy and procedures.
- Strong sense of performing in a generalist role in a highly corporate and task-oriented environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices·
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations·
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)·
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
