Visa Centre having office in Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad requires experienced Call Centre Agents.

Females should have 2-3 years of experience in the same field, fluent in English with excellent inter-personal communication skills.

Good Salary Package

Office timings 10 am to 6pm

EDUCATION AND SKILLS NEEDED

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least (2-3) years of experience

· Must have knowledge related to Google/Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter marketing.

· Ability to perform research, analyzes websites, document changes,

· Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills Strong oral and written communication skills

Competencies:

· Strong Sales skills and ability to convince people. Sales and Marketing skills will be a distinct advantage.

· Effective communication and presentation skills

· Strong organizational, administrative and planning skills

· Excellent spread sheet (MS Excel) and data analysis skills

· Excellent interpersonal and team skills

· Can work to achieve targets set by company & can communicate effectively

· Should have working knowledge of Computers and MS Office.

· Should be Internet and Social Media Savvy.

· Good communication (oral and written) and analytical skills

· Strong customer orientation

· The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

· - Daily operations and smooth functioning of the branch.

· - Driving quarterly targets through the team.

· - Work in coordination with Manager.

· - Contribute in marketing strategy.

· The successful candidate will be offered training and development with domestic and international travelling opportunities.

· Handle escalated calls when required and take care of difficult scenarios when necessary.

· Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.

· Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

· Should be excellent in English Language ( Writing, Speaking, Listing and Reading)

· 2 years of relevant work experience

· Ability to counsel students and convert walk-ins / leads in to admissions.

· Regular follow-up with clients.

· Maintaining Database on Daily Basis. Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems

· Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.

· Previous experience of working in similar capacity at Organization will be preferred
