Total 50,000 + commission

Job Description

Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms and meeting monthly sales targets.
Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
Maintain prospect list.
Generate references from existing customers.
Follow up calls to visitors.
After sale services where needed.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Maintain and update listings of available properties and prepare necessary paperwork.
Adherence of company policies and reporting of assigned tasks/reports to management.

Requirement

Candidate should be preferably from real estate industry with couple of years’ experience so that basic knowledge is already contained.
Proven track of successful sales record
S/he should be presentable with excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Required minimum qualification criterion is BA.
