We are looking for passoinate ,energetic and talent resources to work as Network Support officer at Vision Telecom.

Ideal Candidates should have the following Job Responsbilities;

Provide Technical support to Corporate Customers.
Visit Customer sites/offices to identify and reslove their issues.
Visit Company Remote Support sites to deploy/replace and check health of Equipment.
Handling Network Support related issues.
CRM ticket generation / updation.
Proactive monitoring of Network Elements.
