The Embedded Systems Engineer to be responsible for design and development of embedded systems and its integration with external systems. Responsibility includes analysis, design and implementation of embedded hardware, firmware and software.
o Design and develop COM/SBC based systems, controller based solutions, IoT and extend support for the existing products in service
o Responsibilities will include full lifecycle development of sensor processing applications (e.g., requirement studies, specifications, system and PCB design, design reviews, board bring-up and test)
o Develop Firmware and assist application software team during platform bring-up and test
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
o Hardware & Firmware experience with ARM 32/64 bit MCU, x86, GPU or
o Experience with Raspberry Pi, BeagleBoard, Arduino or similar COM/SBC.
o Experience with Diptrace, OrCAD or any other PCB design software
o Experience with Embedded Linux development a plus, specially, C/C++, MATLAB, CUDA, OpenCL, Python, Flask, MySQL
o Experience in IDE like Keil, MPLAB, CooCox etc.
o Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering or similar field of study.
o Familiarity with sensor modalities used in automation, robotics and other applications including MEMS, Camera/Vision, RADAR, LIDAR, INS/IMU/GPS, Proximity and other
o Working Knowledge of Linux in embedded applications
o Experience with Process Control, PLC, SCADA, HMI or relevant field a plus
o Must be self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented
