- Operating and maintaining the Production/Inventory Module of ERP
- Daily Posting, updating, recording, and keeping all the financial and accounting record in ERP and hard form
- Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, reporting, and sharing documents/report with head office
- Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports, inventories, and daily bookkeeping
- Working closely with accounting, production, or finance department to manage records
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Reconcile finished good and raw material inventories
- Examining expenses submitted by employees
- Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
- Any other task in the functional domain as assigned by Plant Manager
