Position Title: AM Marketing and business operations – Fertilizers and Agro Chemicals
Location: Head Office-Lahore
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years with exposure to Sales & Marketing, supply chain in fertilizers or Agro chemical industry
Qualification: BBA or MBA

Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for managing sales and achieving sustained growth in sales of company products while managing end to end activities of value chain.
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage, oversees, monitor, and evaluate the performance of company operated business outlets
- Responsible for Field Promotion Activities and designing marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns
- Develop and maintain database of products, suppliers, service providers for each region/territory
- Visit field to get update on product information, give demo, convince, and manage to get their recommendations for our products
- Help business Manager in the preparation of the annual/quarterly sale plans to enhance market share
- Prepare and present detailed sales report, stock reports, credit reports etc.
- Manager, coordinate and oversee the logistic, shipments, product availability, inter brach transfer and related task and documentation
- Manage external relationships with buyers, key sellers, field team and corporate clients
- Prepare a quarterly sale price/cost price/competitor price and market price analysis for product and services
- Give suggestions for development of new products or variants of existing products to existing customers (Range Extension).
- Ensure development of new products or variants of existing products to new customers (Business Extension).
- Actively participating in process of developing and hiring new team members
