To gather sales and inventory information of key accounts.

  • To analyze sales data and make daily/monthly/quarterly sales & inventory reports of key accounts.
  •  To make price notifications and price adjustment documents for key accounts.
  • To keep a record of all demo phones given to key accounts by the head office and timely update the information in the DMS system.
  • To follow up the sales volume of new products and products in price adjustment.
  • To make ledger adjustment sheets as needed.
  • To manage key accounts documents (interior and exterior).
  •  To manage the DMS sales system, set the configuration parameters and solve problems posed by Branches.
  •  To coordinate with other departments and help them make reports to analyze the potential of key accounts.
  • To punch delivery orders of key accounts.
  •  To offer timely answers and solutions to the queries and confusion of key accounts.
  •  To provide DMS training to co-workers and Vivo personnel.
