This post aims at assisting the terminal director to launch and manage promotional activities, new product launch events and make arrangements for meetings as per requirements. Details are as follows:

1)      To create activity team, manage and retain promoters in activity for 2-4 weeks. (Promoters who have finished their training and have not been assigned shops).

i.                    Get Activity team leaders to manage promotion material and control gifting

ii.                  Get permanent members for hosting activity

2)      Weekly meeting:

i.                        Check demonstration skills

ii.                        Provide solution to problems face to face

iii.                        Gifting allocation

iv.                        Tracking gifting through gifting sheet

3)      Activity Team management:

i.                        Daily Attendance

ii.                        Fill transfer forms for promoters who have passed activity stage

iii.                        Maintaining Record of promotion items and gifting on MS Excel

4)      To plan Activity:

i.                        Search new location for activity, take assistance of Terminal

ii.                        Get information about New location 3 days prior to starting activity

iii.                        Do feasibility analysis by analyzing the space and promotion items

iv.                        Transporting promotion items to location

v.                        Number of promoters on Activity

5)      To allocate job responsibilities to promoters separately:

i.                        Demonstrator- give details about phone specifications and its functionalities

ii.                        Interceptor- stands close to activity and ask customers to experience phones

iii.                        Hoopster- capture other corners of market and get customers to activity

iv.                        Dancer- all promoters should do vivo dance at least 2 times during peak hours

6)      To keep activity updated:

i.                        Explore what rival brands are doing

ii.                        Execute new ideas for activity improvement

iii.                        Plan special activities for festival holidays

7)      To transfer to promoters to shop as per terminals requirements:

i.                        Fill transfer form for HR record

ii.                        Transfer attendance to Terminal Region
