Sales Trainee Officer

VIVO Electric Pvt. Ltd, a well-respected executive firm focused on permanent placements, is currently looking for a Management Trainee Officer in Lahore North Branch with following Job details:-

Position Summary:-

· Being a Management Trainee Officer, you have to start with pre-job training which usually continues for 2 weeks.

· After successful completion of training, management will assign a designation of “Promoter” in which you have to sell certain units in a period of two months, those who successfully sell certain units decided by management, will be promoted to “Supervisor” Position. During this position title, if someone performs above and meet the company desire on timely manners then he/she has the chance to get a promotion and become a Regional Terminal Executive but that is not the end of career it can be many more and directly related to individual skills and expertise. Following are the key responsibilities:-

Job Description:-

· Responsible for sales through professional introduction and service to sell Vivo Mobile Phones to customers.

· Collect customers demand information of products, collect product prices information, collect promotion information of competitor product, collect requirements and suggestion for our brand from shops.

· Collect the store inventory information, and give feedback to the regional manager for replenishment on time.

· Maintain the terminal image of stores and counter display, maintenance of the company promotional materials and gifts.

· Provide warm and patient service, and answer customer questions accurately and timely.

· Sell the products with the unified price which is required by company strictly, give feedback timely of the implement situation from dealers.

· Establish and maintain good dealer relationship, struggle for more support from shops; through the communication to make salesmen and shopkeepers have better understanding of vivo and products, so that vivo became the first recommend brand in the shop.

· Attend regular meetings and trainings organized by company on time to improve our sales ability continuously.
