- To take instructions from Manager WH regarding managing of stock and forecasted stock level.
- Responsible and oversee the day-to-day warehouse activities with specific reference to inventory.
- Responsible for GRN and quality inspections of products which include breakage, expiry, nonmalleable, shortage, batch checking and total quality reconciliation in warehouse.
- Responsible for the physical inspection of overall stock and proper placement of products as per the SOPs.
- Ensure maintenance of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and warehouse policies and procedures.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- To monitor proper placing of goods to avoid any kind of damages.
- Maintain Audit records/ Lists/ Verification for reconciliation of inventory. Ensures effective planning, coordination and execution of internal audit.
- Establishes priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives.
- Handles and resolves all problems occurring in Warehouse Department.
