Afternoon/Night. (Pick and Drop only for female staff)
Job duties will include:
· Being fully updated by the WBM International products , their specifications and features, searching online the international market for selling WBM International’s products.
· Will establish link with business concerns to make B2B and B2C sales
· Searching complete information of the targeted international market in geographical and traditional manner.
· Searching online the international consumer’s directory from various directory websites, to target the international market.
· Posting details and description of WBM International’s products on various websites , for sale and promotion of company’s key products.
· Continuous checking of web visitor’s stats to analyze the response of consumers also will be responsible for reflecting immediate and positive response to the Consumers visiting the site to achieve the sales target
· Will make cold dialing to targeted market to make the leads and achieve the sales target later he will be responsible for making his team dial generate the leads.
· Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
· Will be responsible to mature the sales lead generated by him or his team members.
· Will be responsible for following up of the sales leads made by his team in order to mature the sales lead.
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
· Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
· Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
· Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
· Will be responsible for invigilating his team member’s performance and activities.
· Will be responsible for generating the daily report of lead generated and sale leads matured by him or his team members at the end of a working day.
· Responsibilities may vary and expand with time.
