A rapidly growing foreign startup is seeking Country Head as a motivated sales resource to join its high-growth business software products and upcoming consumer’s marketplace projects. Primary responsibilities includes generation of new business opportunities from Karachi, Pakistan market across various verticals for the purpose of sales and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Package Offering:

  • Salary package ranging from PKR 250K to 300K per month
  • Ongoing residual commission for contract age
  • Incentives earning opportunities on sales target achievements

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales lead, build pipeline, and convert prospects to sales numbers.
  • Develop and grow various business sectors for software subscriptions and sales.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, business groups and social media.
  • Conducting product demonstrations for sale and training properly.
  • Meet quarterly & annual sales target.
  • Execute product visibility and brand awareness in domestic markets.
  • Manage customer accounts and build a strong and healthy relationship with them.
  • Market research, competition analysis and follow market trends.
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services of the industry.
  • Demonstrated strategic sales competence in large to very large organizations.

Qualification and Experience:   

  • At least 10 years experience at executive level.
  • 5 years of business development at managerial level.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions.
  • Coachable, self-starter, problem solver with a strong desire to grow independently.
  • Proven track record of success and over-achievement.
  • Excellent business acumen and communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent team player
  • Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
  • Competitive and have a high need for achievement.
