Frontend Web Developer

Incumbent expected to be ambitious and self-driven Front-end Developer to join our team. As a Front-end Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application, which makes your role crucial for the success of our business.

At SOFIT, you will be working with the latest technology, you will have the chance to advance and grow your career.

· Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.

· Can design mobile-based features.

· Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.

· Must have strong knowledge of JavaScript, while most front-end developers should know jQuery.

· Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

· Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

· Some understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / Mercurial / SVN}}.

· Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.

· Basic understanding of node package manager (npm).

· Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.

· Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, extract, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.

· Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp, AdobeXD, Figma and Photoshop is a plus.

· Good to have: Familiarity with advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJs and Angular etc is a plus.
