· Make a comprehensive business & sales plan, sales forecasts (customer & regionwise), product launch and roadshows.
· Heading all sales, marketing & technical activities of Forklifts, Scissor Lifts and other Material Handling Equipment, accountable for full P&L of the business.
· Product positioning, product focus, explore new opportunities.
· Generate sales through technical expertise, marketing skills & customer relationship.
· Conduct trials and provide technical support to the customers.
· Coordinate & communicate with customers regarding commercial issues forecasting, etc.
· Develop, guide, support, motivate & train Sales team.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
· Min 5 years post qualification experience in Industrial Sales with min 3 years as Manager.
· B.E. with an MBA.
