We are seeking call center agents for night shift. We are especially interested in applicants with previous experience working on Outbound campaigns.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Cross Selling
Upsell appointments (when applicable)
Answering potential customer questions
Provide existing customers with quality customer service
Making outbound sales calls to warm leads and taking inbound calls to set appointments for our services
Making courtesy calls to scheduled customers to remind them of their appointments
Miscellaneous tasks and duties assigned to support engagement center
Ideal candidate will:

Have general PC knowledge, type 40 WPM
