We are looking for an amazing UI UX designer to join our team at Xeon Agency on location full time starting urgently.
Position : Senior UI UX Designer
Full Time (11:00am to 7:00pm) (Monday - Friday)
Pay Range ( Rs.60,000 - Rs.100,000) (Depending On Experience)
Onsite (Not Remote)
3 Month Probation

Job duties and responsibilities
- Plan and implement new designs
- Optimize existing user interface designs
- Test for intuitivity and experience
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
- Convert ideas and briefs to final designs
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
- Create prototypes for new product ideas
- Test new ideas before implementing
Job requirements and qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
- UI design portfolio
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- Problem solver and customer-centered
- 2-3 years of experience with Figma and XD
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
