xFlow’s ‘Research & Standardization’ team collaborates with global Standards Development Organizations (SDOs) to help develop specifications and conformance testing tools for different technologies in the realm of Cloud Computing, Telecommunications and Internet of Things (IoT).
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct research on emerging technologies and follow recent tech advancements in Cloud Computing, NFV, Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC) and IoT
● Collaborate with leading standards bodies (SDOs) for the development of testing methodologies and standard test specifications
● Support SDOs’ efforts of developing open source conformance and interoperability testing tools for current industry standards related to NFV, MEC and oneM2M
● Attend community events and conferences to share our experiences and findings with the research community
● Employ the use of state-of-the-art testing frameworks to perform automated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for standardized APIs
● Identify potential research and collaboration opportunities with academia and open-source communities on projects relevant to xFlow’s domain expertise What are we looking for?We are looking for people who are eager to research emerging technologies and are highly adaptable to work closely with the international standards bodies and open-source communities.
