Work closely with the Regional Manager to improve sales productivity by contacting customers, arranging meetings and ensuring sales team has high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Line Manager is unavailable including answering customer queries, verifying orders and preparing proposals.
Keep a strong follow-up with international and local clients.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Input orders into the system and ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure all customer queries are handled efficiently.
2 to 3 years’ sales experience (IT experience would be a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Good team player with a can do attitude
Attention to detail is required
Organizational, time management, and project management skills
