Head of Operations will be part of Yeh Truck operations team and will execute the operational strategy of all its products to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

Creating the transporter network of both small, medium, and large truckers
Managing cooperation teams all across Pakistan for transporters registration and for their operational support
Implementation of YehTruck Market Place from the Supply-side to build the largest trucker base in Pakistan
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes, and practices
Act as a team player to improve the quality and efficiency of operational activities

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in Transport Operations preferably working directly in a transport company or working in the logistics department of any manufacturing concerns
Excellent presentation skills.
An exceptional desire to succeed, as a team player.
Highly self-motivated and self-driven with entrepreneurial flair and attention to detail.
Fast learner and problem solver who could cope with new challenges in high-growth companies
