Sales Manager

YSN Distributors is looking for an experienced person, well-equipped with the sales skills to work as a Sales Team Lead. As being Software and IT services Provider Company, the successful candidate should possess skills of tactical planning to setup sales funnels for the digital/software products. A person with less or no exposure of Software Sales and IT Solution Sales can rarely fill the position and carry out the job responsilities. The person should be capable of implementing both, digital and conventional way of executing the sales plans.

Resonsibilties

Hiring a sales team
Utilizing multiple channels and methods to devise comprehensive sales strategies
Utilizing both digital as well as conventional methods to generate and convert leads
Expected to plan monthly sales target and hit the milestone for himself and his team
Quickly learn the Software Products and Solutions that company provides
Planning follow-up strategies, scheduling meetings and setting up sales calls
Should be having extensive experiences to handle both international and local markets
Build an effective pipeline of continues growth by constantly achieving sales targets
