Customer Care Representative

We are a US based limousine company serving corporate and leisure clients worldwide. We maintain an immaculate fleet and outstanding customer service. We are currently searching for energetic and result-oriented professionals to fill a customer service/dispatcher position in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

· Must speak English fluently, as well as read and write at an academic level

· Excellent computer operating skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software (paid training provided)

· Answer phone calls professionally and take accurate reservation information

· Assist drivers with best routes by utilizing GPS applications

· Monitor vehicles using GPS and real-time flight tracking

· Stay in touch with overseas office manager, staff, third parties, clients &

· Deliver excellent customer service to all clients in a timely manner

Salary:

Starting at 30,000 RP and up
