Objectives of this Role
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
- Understand and fulfill all the instructions properly which are provided by the clients
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications wherever required
- Work with the sales team, the customers, and other team members and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for each order
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (statistics, finance, business, management, economics, liberal arts, IR, English etc)
- At least 2 years of industry experience as an effective writer
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
